This is a fan game by masrofox where you play as Kanpachi sometime after the events of Cave Story. Mahin has gone missing, and you have tasked yourself with finding him.

After extracting the zip file, the game executable can be found under OcStore/Prgm/Spiky.exe (or OcStore/Prgm/Spiky if you have file extensions disabled).

To switch the language to English you need to select the second-last option, the last option, and then "en-us".
