By the way, no, "fleshed out" does not mean naked, in case you were wondering.
Which character in particular have you always wanted to see more depth be added to?

Jack aside, why on Earth would you make all the options of this poll a list of the most fleshed out characters in the game? No-one is ever going to vote for anything other than "Jack" and "Other".

Personally I think that this would have been a more effective list of options:

he has a horrible tree like brain tumor growing out of his head and he only has just enough brain function to make statues and understand the will of the those who wear the crown which is picked up by the tumor.

Taking from your list, I'd really want to know more about Hermit Gunsmith. You just sorta barge into his home, take the weapon that he's working on and skeddadle off.

i'm assuming because cave story doesn't really flesh out anyone much
I mean I'm not saying that there's any reason to care about these characters beyond what's told to you
But you can't say you really know much about any of them.
