Itoh was dropped in from the Balcony. Sue came from Arthur's house via the teleporter. Chako...when does she go anywhere?

 

That doesn't exactly explain how did Itoh get to Momorin while Quote was sleeping, or Sue returning to the teleporter after leaving Egg 00 Room, or Chako getting through a specific, spikepit-riddled pathway to find a spot for home.

 

Well, Itoh wasn't lame was he? He just says he is, "Stuck here." The path from the storehouse to Morormin is not that treacherous.

Well, you know, there is no actual evidence of the Nemesis being magical in the game.

 

"The Lightning of a Goddess" is probably a given nickname to it. It's actually pretty common to give weapons nicknames comparable to superhuman/otherworldly traits.

Wouldn't Quote and Curly be considered as magical then, considering they were able to withstand damage from a very powerful priest? Not every macguffin/deus ex machina needs to be a resort to magic, y'know!

Perhaps Mr. Little is just a regular sized guy, but since he has no importance in Quote's eyes... he is very little...
I mean is the Doctor really that big? And Quote that small?

Proof is Mr. Little can carry the Blade or the Nemesis gun.

Also, this means Quote carries Mr. Little on his back if you pick him up.

Momorin is also as tall as the doctor, so yeah, I think it is the regular human height. Everyone else you see in cave story is either a rabbit person or a child/old man, so it's safe to assume everyone is as big as their sprites are. also i might be a little late on this
