Wrong puppy / start all over?

So, I've picked up the running puppy as I couldn't pick up the one in the room(Since I forgot to talk with the last kid), and now I can't progress in the game.

Does any one know a way to drop the puppy, or something? :confused:

As much as I really enjoyed playing the game, I'm eager to play more, not to repeat it.. Any suggestions? :(

Mhm...the thread was created at 4:30, and the post is labeled 4:36. He/she was also last active at 4:36, and signed up just 8 minutes before asking the question...
