Five Nights at Freddy's was disappointing.

I played it for 5 minutes, listening to the "tutorial man" through the radio and then suddenly the fox animatronic came out of nowhere and killed me. I don't see what's fun about a game that doesn't actually tell you how to play, or rather, properly convey to you the gameplay. It also wasn't very scary.
Scott really should fix that part. During the first night while phone guy is talking no one should attack. The only way a survived the game was online strategy guides. I see what you mean that it wasn't scary though. To be honest I really only play FNAF for the lore.

Crazy Bus had a killer soundtrack...

the gameplay was to simple, but the Soundtrack alone was the best part of the game...

listen to it now, with your volume up, in headphones, probably the best soundtrack in gaming history.

Cave Story. Oh god, that game was fucking atrocious.
First 5 minutes and it was already asking for the furry community.

Worst video game, huh. Well Spider-man 2 the freaking PC version killed as much brain cells in my head as we are killing criters. It's a mission based action-adventure with a freaking crosshair on which depends will you punch, swing or zip. It's an action adventure trying to be played like a weird type of third person shooter without shooting. -_- I don't know what the developers were thinking IF they were thinking at all. The moovement is so stupid i cried. You just can't possibaly web-swing nowhere except on a fucking billboard with a web drawn on it. I guess people don't like waking up and seeing a shit ton of web up their windows but fun>logic right. Especially in a superhero game. And the thing that bafles me most is that the PS2 version was so great yet they made an entirely different PC version instead of just porting it.

Worst game ever isn't just something you can say about any dissapointment or just a generic bad game, i'm talking about stuff like Ride To Hell: Retribution, Guise of the Wolf and War Z.

I've never played any of the famous examples, but the one that tops my list is Robox, a WiiWare platformer that caught my attention (The fact that the main character has a passing resemblance to Balrog helps a lot too). Imagine an extremely bland platformer with some of the most cracked-out insane level design you can possibly imagine, strewn with completely random hazards and dead ends everywhere. I actually got stuck on a simple hallway for three days only because there were three other roads that lead to absolutely nowhere and i kept trying to find out if there was anything there. Robox's level design is truely something to behold, but only at a very safe distance.

But the thing that really put me off was that it has a secondary feature which is absolutely useless. You have the ability to explore Robox's insides with tiny creatures, but the only thing you'll ever find in there are small documents that are just references to other video games. How utterly asinine.

Oh yeah, the soundtrack's is fantastic

Ok i'm about 27 days late but i will say that if you think CoD is the worst mainstream game you have not played allot of mainstream games CoD is the definition of mediocre but that is still better than the worst
I have played a ton of mainstream games. I don't like CoD because it feels unstrategic, as I said in another post. Other mainstream games that I have played or own include Assassins Creed series, Halo, Fable, Elder Scrolls Series, Battlefield series, titanfall, and many others. I had plenty of fun in all of those games, but CoD just feels rehashed. Not that the games are unpolished, no, I think that each game functions the way it was supposed to. It's just that the games themselves are just not for me. I'm not anti fps, it's just that there are so many better ones: Halo has a great campaign and good multiplayer. Battlefield has an awful campaign, but the multiplayer is so good and strategic that you forget about it (plus in the newest games there is tons of destruction.)

Because it was bad as a port or because you're not a fan of LttP altogether?

and Mortal Combat (ps2).
Which one
There were three MK games released on the system and some were definitely worse than others

Yeah they do. Or at least the LTTP. There was a GBA port for it.

thank you for pointing out something that was pointed out 14 days ago
and yes I am aware of that I have indeed played that game
there is not a "gameboy" version of Link to the Past, there is a "Game Boy Advance" version of Link to the Past
there's a big difference
