Why is Quote a mute?

He tunes whatever he wants to say into a person's brainwave frequency.

Curly's antenna (or headphones) can pick up whatever Quote tunes as long as he is nearby.

Curly can talk because she is a later model.

Y'know, I'm tempted to actually work on a mod of CS where Quote actually does talk. -__-;

I'm one of those gamers that likes to hear what my character has to say. Throw that fourth wall in my face, dang it!

Anyways, I don't know how you're mod would be liked, if it was just adding dialogue for Quote...
Silence kinda suits him anyways...
..Giving him a voice would then give him a personality, and everyone already sees him differently...

I'm pretty sure this has already been pointed out many times...

but about the Quote-talks mod, yeah, I don't think it's a very good idea, not really worth the effort (unless you, like, made Quote's speech hilarious or something O_o)

Besides, how hard would it be to just add in speech?
Go for something harder, and thus more rewarding =D
