What if the demon crown never existed?

This may seem like a no brainer (for those who got the best ending), but really think it through people and tell me.

The red flower war never happened.
Mimiga populations wouldn't have had such a sharp decline in the last decade.
With older, more adult Mimiga around someone else would have taken Arthur's hero status by defeating the Red Demon/Ogre.
King would no longer be the leader of the village.
King and Toroko would be alive.
King would have a completely different personality.
King wouldn't have red eyes or that scar of his.
Quote and Curly would likely never have been built, and if they were they would be used against the government, and would never come to the island.
More Humans would be living on the island.
Malco would actually be used.
The Core would never be under threat and the seal chamber would hold out for a lot longer.
A different doctor would be accompanying the Sakamotos.
No statue chamber.
No real government interest in the island.
Igor still stupidly ingests a red flower.
Misery would be a little nicer, if not much less powerful magic-wise, and would be either much older or dead from old age.
Ballos would still be alive.

 

If there was no demon crown, the red flower would still exist. There is still a chance that a mimiga could ingest one, then attack a human. This would lead to the creation of mimiga-killer bots, but not curly and quote, therefore the mimigas would likely be wiped out. Balrog and Misery may or may not intervene, depending on whether their empathy is retained. The doctor becomes the leader of the humans, but is not evil. Meanwhile, momorin, booster, amd itoh build a plane and escape the continent, beginning a new life, while kazuma and sue hide in the mountains with the sky dragons.

 

No. The Mimiga from the red flower war understood the nature of the flowers. They didn't eat those flowers by accident. Their surviving children were the ones that reduced that knowledge to "red flowers are bad". This wouldn't occur if the red flower war never did. Plus any conflict would be localised to the island. Without Miakid's intervention there would be no way for them to reach the surface. There is also any number of years of Human and Mimiga co-existence that went without a hitch before Miakid arrived and started killing everything that moved, so I doubt that anything would change on that front.

 

If the Demon Crown never existed, then there would be some other whimsy object to replace it's unfortunate/fortunate absence.

possibly some cheap knock off like the devil crown or the very very bad crown
