I'm still playing Dangan Ronpa.
Kirigiri here is doing most of the work this case since the protagonist is pretty dim-witted so far.
I'm in the first trial now, almost halfway through translating/LPing the trial itself. I post parts on this tumblr blog and I have a thread on the forums too.

I've been playing gusanos, and it's awesome. It's a liero clone, but you can mod it really easily, and add your own weapons and maps and stuff like that. Oh, and it has online play (which I've never tried...)
Also, I've been playing super crate box, which is pretty addictive. I managed to get 228! In easy mode... On the easiest stage... but still, it's what I'd consider to be quite some achievement.

And here's a really overpowered and ridiculously awesome weapon that I made by frankensteining various others together.
