This is the best time I recorded, one time I got 1.47.3 but wasn't able to do it again.

Can you post a screenshot of your title screen with the 1'47"3 time? That will suffice.

oh, one more bug

You didn't completely fix the bug where you can get the blade twice
in one playthrough you can't get it twice, but if you close and then reopen the game, the sparkle thing is still there, and I can get the blade again
issue with saving/loading to file?

That is rather likely. I think the engine really doesn't like this mod...
Edit: I was so tired I forgot that saving doesn't load events. That's what you get when you release a mod late at night, I guess. Oh well.

Also, first time getting to the end room I think I found a scripting error: It would let me select Curly even though I was Curly, and now whenever I try to restart as Curly I get turned into Mega Man.

Interesting mod.

Here's a random list of stuff:
* the "Air" text flashing red looks pretty weird..
* use door to get to Overgrown Area, but then I just walk back?
* maybe use a different transition (or no transition) in Overgrown area?
* the door on top of the building there looks pretty weird too,
and it wasn't immediately clear that it was possible to drop down there.
* the enemies in Space look very white, but I guess you probably intended that..
* second save point in the construction area seems somewhat redundant
* can't walk under the platform in Windy Cove
* no crocs in any of the sand :(
* invisible barrier in the area after the construction area
* when I select Curly, it turns to MegaMan after going through the door
* I kinda hoped I'd be able to go upside down in the upside down section, but I'm guess that's not possible

Also, maybe you could add some info about the weapons, and a list of the assembly changes to the readme.

- Yeah, I suppose it does.

- I'm not sure what I was thinking there. I'd edit that, but it would affect speedrun times.

- I'll look into that.

- I suppose you're right.

- I was going to shade them with darker colors, but then I completely forgot. Oops.

- That is there for people who don't want to go through the area again after dying at the boss (believe me, there are a few people)

- Yes, I realize this.

- I didn't really want the Crocs to be there.

- That is for NPCs so they don't mess with the <KEY I used animating the Curly NPC.

- I have figured out this problem as well as the "multiple blades" problem (I was really tired)

- I'm sorry I ruined your dreams



Yeah, that would make sense to do. I didn't use very many assembly hacks, however.



Version 1.2 has been released.

- Curly now has required flags for Time Attack mode

- You will not be pestered to save

- Windy Cove save point has been relocated

- Transitions changed in Overgrown Area

- Weapon information modified

This update should not affect Time Attack speedruns.



Edit: I accidentally included save, rec, and window files with this release previously. Sorry if I messed anything up for you, this has been fixed.



Oh, by the way, has anyone found the secret weapon yet?

Do you mean the bubbler? I found that one of the times I didn't try to speedrun.

Oh, and an update to 1.2 was just released. The mod should no longer have any issues (or the ones mentioned, at least).
(The update is only available via Dropbox right now, my FTP client cannot connect to the server.)
Update now available for both downloads.

Dude, this is just like Team Fortress 2!

I think this is a very professional mod, the changes made to the game really help it feel like it's own thing, which is awesome.

I give it a 10/9, I'll be sure to have a time uploaded soon.

V1.2 is very nice, but I noticed a couple things
If you have a save point in the room where you get the blade, I don't think you need one right outside, so just keep one of them

And for the door that won't open from the outside - the gap between the two levels looks weird
here's a screenie

Other than that, it's still a great mod - love it!
