Do any of you collect retro games?

I started collecting games for the genesis. My collection is:

NBA LIVE 95
Sonic 2
Vectorman
Game Genie (not a game but a cartridge)
Virtua Racing
Bubsy in claws encounters of the furred kind
Sonic and knuckles
Rocket Knight Adventures
Sonic the hedgehog
Columns
Sonic 3
Revenge of Shinobi
Sonic Spinball
Super monaco GP
World Cup Soccer USA 94"
Street Fighter 2 Special Championship Edition

Do you collect for any retro game systems?
If so, what game system and what games do you have?

You have all of those? Do you own a Genesis to play them on. My genesis collection consists of two games, the 6-Pak, which contains Streets of Rage (my favorite Genesis game), Super Hang-On, Columns, Sonic the Hedgehog, Revenge of Shinobi, and Golden Axe, as well as one cartridge of Sonic the Hedgehog 3, which I think I played the most as a kid although to this day I consider it the worst 2D sonic game. I also used to have the game Animaniacs but I didn't play it much. I sadly have no Genesis to play them on since my parents gave it to Goodwill without telling me, which is why sometimes I look around at Goodwill when my dad takes me there, wondering if my Genesis is there.

I have a good number of games for my NES, and a handful for the SNES. I don't really like the Genesis as much as most others do, but I do have a few re-releases of Sonic games, lol. Here is my collection (I was going to take a picture but the 3DS butchers the quality so bad):
NES:
Battle Kid: Fortress of Peril
Super Mario Bros. / Duck Hunt (you're jealous)
The unlicensed version of Tetris from Tengen
The Terminator
Battletoads
Winter Games
Milon's Secret Castle (yes)
Dragon Warrior
A Boy and His Blob
Base Wars
The Legend Of Zelda
R.C. Pro-Am
Back to the Future
Batman
Dr. Mario
Top Gun
Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers
Anticipation
Crash 'N' the Boys: Street Challenge
Nintendo World Championships 1990 (A reproduction, silly)
Gyromite
Ninja Gaiden
The Adventures of Bayou Billy
Silver Surfer (fuck this game)
P.O.W.

Note: I would also own Mega Man and Mega Man 6, but someone stole them from me...

SNES:
Super Mario World
Super Star Wars
Mega Man 7 (The most expensive game I own, worth about $120)
[SFC] DoReMi Fantasy: Milon's Heart-Pounding Adventure (yesyes)
[SFC] Dokapon Land: Chapter 2

- Donkey Kong Country
- Super Mario All-Stars
- Star Fox

It's been ages since I've touched a console due to the PC, but I have a fair amount of old systems, some inherited... I have :

Intellivision
Sega Master System
NES
Game Gear
Game Boy
Game Boy Pocket
Game Boy Color
SNES
Super Game Boy
Sega Genesis
N64
Playstation
Game Cube
Playstation 2
(I also have some games which I don't have systems for xD, like for XBox, PCE, and some JP region games)

How many years ago is considered retro?
Just SNES and Genesis generation and older?
Playstation and N64 generation? or even PS2, Xbox, GameCube generation?

Yes i do own a model 2 sega genesis to play these games on. I know this great place near my house which has TONS OF GENESIS GAMES

Also, Retro would be considered at least 10 years ago?

All I really have is a ton of old original Xbox games, and a mostly broken console to play them on. Plus one or two Gameboy color games and a handful of Gameboy advance cartridges.

I grew up on Halo and Super Mario Advance (SMW 2 and the original Mario Bros. for arcade systems.) So yah, not as historically collected as you guys.

;_;

I have access to a buttload of NES/SNES games from my grandma. Marios, Zeldas, and a lot of shitty bargain games from yard sales collected over the years.
I have an N64 lying around somewhere but I'd have to go on an epic quest to find all the parts and reassemble them I think.

MC Kids (Oh my gosh, this game's too hard!)
Super Mario Bros 3

SNES:
Final Fantasy 6
NBA Jam
Scooby Doo
Clay Fighter
Street Fighter 2
Mega Man X
Star Fox
Wheel of Fortune
Super Mario Kart
Top Gear

Well hey, at least the 4 you have are great games.
Beats having a collection of 40 crap games.

I used to have a small collection of snes and n64 games, but I think time managed to catch up and we lost most of them. The other day, I found 3 n64 games along with the cords for the thing. Along with those, the games I remember having were:
Kirby 64: Crystal Shards (Wii also)
Mario Party 2 (Wii also)
Pokemon Stadium 2 (Even though I never remember connecting the darn thing to Silver/Gold/etc.)
LoZ: Ocarina of Time (Wii and 3DS also)
Super Mario 64 (Wii also)
Paper Mario (Wii only)
Yoshi's Story (I believe we had n64 and Wii)

I also recall having many snes games... Off of memory, I can think of a couple:
Super Mario RPG (Wii also)
Tetris Attack (Yoshi Puzzle Leauge)
Super Mario All Stars (The one with 4 mario games combined)
A Mortal Kombat game that I got bored of...
Some pinball game that always seemed to scare me... (I was like, maybe 4-6 at the time)
Kirby Super Star (Wii also)
I believe we also had Mario Bros. 3.

Otherwise, I don't know if re-releases like on the wii or computer count. If they do...
Megaman X (Wii)
LoZ: Majora's Mask (Wii)
Final Fantasy 7 (Pc, Steam Version)
Super Smash Bros. (Wii)

I have a decaying SEGA Genesis hidden somewhere in my attic, and i remember Sonic 2 being the most played out of the games i had for the system. There's also a Playstation somewhere in my house, too.

So I take is 7 years makes a game retro? So would Mario Kart DS be retro? If Gamecube is retro, then I have a lot more retro games than I thought.

The console's you mentioned are the newest I would consider retro but now that I think about it.... *shocking realization moment*
Now that we have Wii U, PS4, and almost Xbox One, Gamecube, PS2, and Xbox would be just as retro as N64 and PS1 were before.

Well, if that case were to happen, I would love tell y'all the PS2 games I used to have until they either disappeared or were smashed to bits by the hammer my brothers used to smash the PS2 to bits.
