Well, at the time of the thread's creation it sorta made sense to sticky it, though I admit it was a bit of a stretch. Really, if people care about the topic, then it won't need to be stickied. Though I'm going to give SP the benefit of the doubt, and assume that he only intended it as a temporary sticky to discuss until a decision was reached and hasn't gotten around to and/or forgotten to and/or doesn't care enough to unsticky it. But it doesn't really matter, because DT can unsticky it if he wants to.

 

I do believe he intended it as a greeting, and a positive welcome back.

Give him some credit =/ Although he is a bit off topic, I have seen worse pass without some much as a blink of an eye.
