Eye door is scary so critters can be fear and wont disturb mimiga children on the floor

But Critters don't have hands. They couldn't open the door even if it was a normal door.

so eye on the door prevents them from bolding

No, I think they could still break through it even with the eye. The eye seems like it would piss them off even more.
