I'm certain that Siamese twins can be same gender only. Sue and Kazuma are neither of the same same gender, appearance nor even skin colour.

And of course they'd look rather different, one is a bar fightertall starved male who would resort to eating cockroaches whilst one is a lolishortie.

Thinking about it, it'd be funny having Kazuma waddle as he walks because he has to squat and walk or Sue has to be dangling from Kazuma's chin, but that could have seperated them easily if the mucles had wear and tear effect.
