Fun fact:
Mewtwo's forward air attack, the Shadow Claw-esque one, apparently counts as some sort of fire attack. I was playing some Smash Run a little while ago, and a Chandelure's Flash Fire got set off by it.

It looks like Ryu (Street Fighter), and Roy (Fire Emblem) and Sora (Kingdom Hearts) are going to be in Smash Bros. as DLC. There are also files for Lucas, who was already confirmed on the April 1st Nintendo Direct.

I'm just saying, Geno should come first out of all Square Enix characters.

 

one reason that this is very probably fake is because none of the songs are original
they're all existing songs
roy's is the regular fire emblem one
ryu's is even more obviously fake because they would remix his victory theme at the least. they would probably do a stage, but maybe they could do a retro-like stage like they did with kirby
but sora is the one that makes it really obviously fake
the voices are taken from kingdom hearts 2 rather than kingdom hearts dream drop distance
it would make much more sense to use clips from that game because it was a 3ds game, it was the last game he was in, and he had a different voice in it
so yeah fake probably
unless this has been confirmed from numerous sources who have all repeated the same process to discover these

 

I guess we'll just have to wait and see when the Lucas DLC comes out if the files are still there. I'd be quite surprised if Sora IS going to be in Smash Bros. It's hard to imagine the Disney and Square Enix titles under the character copyrights.

 

Ryu and Roy are rumored, but Sora? That's bullcrap.

 

I only heard about Ryu and Roy which are actually believable but freakin Sora now pffft ah that has fake written all over it.

 

Yeah, about the Sora part, I guess they removed the claims of Sora data as they're fake like soon after I posted that. I saw the claims of the Sora data in the TCRF page, Facebook, and Reddit, the same places where I saw the claims on Ryu and Roy data. Let me go fix that post.

 

I'm thinking of changing this to more of a Smash Bros./Splatoon 3DS/Wii U Community since it seems those are the two big games folks are playing at the moment.

The commercials for Splatoon give me a headache. I suppose I assumed the game was terrible because the commercial is so gratingly irritating. I guess I was wrong.

 

Honestly, I didn't really pay attention to the commercials. I was hyped for it since E3 2014. Trust me, I barely discovered the "You're a kid, you're a squid" song like, last week.

 

I was so salty during splatfest but luckily i was on dog so I got 24 super snails. (even though they only won due to popularity)

I do admit, I don't use my Wii U as much as I should, mainly because it's usually occupied by my brother.

 

I suck at Smash (and what makes it worse is my 3ds shoulder buttons are broken) but I am good at Splatoon. Also don't look at my old Miiverse posts. I was like 10. That's all I need to say, isn't it?
