Should Cave Story be on PS3?

Additionally, I think the Steam, Wii, DS, and 3DS ports were more than enough. It'd be pointless to port it AGAIN. As much as people may wish otherwise, Cave Story has lived its potential. However, evidenced by Kero Blaster, Pixel is not quite finished with his work. Not at all. I hope to see more from him in the future.

I remember all the rumors going around on the internet saying Pixel was working on Cave Story 2.

They have a license agreement with Nintendo, thus they cannot port it to any other devices by a second* party.

On really? Is that why there is a psp port? Pokèmon was licensed by Nintendo, yet they have Pokèmon Rumble for PSP.

Excuse me if i'm wrong, but i'm almost sure there hasn't been an official Pokemon game on any system other than Nintendo's.
