He is stuck in a labyrinth and only need him when you are stuck there too. Cave Story has the WORST health and care system EVAH. A clinic in a labyrinth is very difficult to find and sick mimigas will get even sicker and most probably killed if they try to go there. Plus It's the only clinic in Cave Story, so haven't got a choice.

10/10 for implications, and it has caused confusion in many a noob who have no idea how the hell they got it

that one colon who you shoot before it hits you, but it still falls a bit forward and you end up with -2 damage (the first time you fight curly)

 

3/10 For some reason, that happened 500% more when I played the WiiWare version.

9/10 - Semi-difficult boss, was a great boss battle. And was a cat, for a superb suprise twist. Only complaint is that he/she was a tad easy.
