Questions Concerning Private Messages

A new member has just pointed out to me that it is possible somehow when registering a new username here at the forum that it can do so and not provide access to use the private messaging system. I'm currently trying to figure this out, but if you happen to notice that you do not have access to using (sending/receiving) private messages, please let me know here in this thread and I'll see if I can take care of it.

Edit: I can now say that I have now definitely figured out how to solve the issue, but it requires that I manually do it to each account that is effected by this. So please let me know if you are having difficulties with your private message system and I'll correct it.

Er, I turned this off deliberately, the private messages system turns on for anyone who reaches member status in order to prevent people registering to use us as a messenger service, or to spam members.
