Program similar to OrgMaker2?

Is there a similar program to OrgMaker1/2? I refer to its ability to make music by "placing" the notes on the measures like it's art.

I'm just wondering if there is because I have become pretty versatile with OrgMaker2 and I want to see if there is a similar program that makes less... 8-bit-sounding tunes.

I think the program you're looking for is called "pxtone"

 

PxTone is easy enough to switch to from the 2.10 version onwards; it's recommended you download some of the instrument packs and then messing around from thereon.

If you're just looking for a piano roll to input notes, Caustic might be worth checking out as well, but the synths might be overwhelming if you've only worked in ORG/PxTone. That being said, there are really good video tutorials for it. (If only it still worked on my computer... )

Alternatively, you can grab the samples from Org Maker 2.10 and use them in Fl Studio
(It's a bit tricky but definitely possible)

Darn it, ninja'd. I was about to recommend FL Studio.
