Well, that's the impression I got from the promotional pamphlet in my game box.
"You can meet Victini... ...only with the key item 'Liberty Pass.' The item will be distributed via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection on the release date March 6, 2011, through April 10, 2011."
Taken directly from the pamphlet.

Well, the new member WOULD challenge Lord Shadow, but since I play Pokémon White using emulators, I kinda lose out here. Well, with luck I'll somehow be able to capture an Emolga JUST to beat Elesa with it, but that WILL take time. Oh well.

Uh... Yeah, and at the moment I've got all Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova Pokémon, and for Johto I only need Tyrannitar. And Pupitar evolves at Level 55, so it's gonna take a lot of training.
