No the iron bond is useless, you tie curly up with the tow rope
You can't access Hell without first possessing the Iron Bond.

.. where is this discussion even going?

I am 12 and what are discussions? Apparently people think that the Iron Bond is pointless then though it is necessary for the best ending.

Anyways, can we get back on the fact that a Physical port of CS+ would be good if they added some new content... :toroko2:

Cave Story + for 3DS: Now featuring a level customiser! Booster's Lab and Cave Editor would then be invalid.

Wait, NiCALiS (as in the staff members, not the actual company) uses BL to mod CS+?

What if there were mods of CS+...? OR at least a level creator that you could share a code to your friends and they would be able to share mods similar to Sue's Story... That would be amazing. Please if they are going to port CS+, add something new and meaningful the game. :toroko2:

NiCALiS is most likely just trying to get a rise out of the community by suggesting that they will port CS+, but if they included a level editor it would be a dream come true for modders! :D

Level edits and mods are not the same thing. In-game level editors in my opinion are pretty silly and aren't very useful, as they just don't have the versatility to do much of anything on their own.

I know, but what if they made it that you were able to mod CS+ though?

That would explain why the game-breaking glitch in Curly Story in the e-shop 3DS version was so similar in nature to that tileset issue BL used to have.

I meant that BL is the only editor built to support CS+ modding. They'd be practically shooting themselves in the foot if they weren't using it.

But doesn't NiCALiS enjoy shooting themselves in the foot though? :toroko:

You can't change your username. You'd have to ask the guy just below me to do it for you.

We had a feature that allowed anyone to change their display name, it came with IPB by default. The forum members abused the feature by coming up with new display names every 5 seconds. It has been turned off ever since.
