More like inputting the right code into your profile feed. I'm almost certain anyone could. A few odd members here have interesting profiles. And Noxid's...it gives me great joy; I couldn't say it enough. I remember when the View New Content for status updates was just like that and I absolutely loved it. Can't say I always want it to be like that though.

IPBoard is a robust and professional software solution

 

Mods and Admins have html posting permissions if I recall, though I thought that was only for posts. Can someone confirm whether or not html in VMs is a thing for non-admin/mod users.
