NES Moonsong cover

Just got done covering "Moonsong" using the NES sound chip (plus VRC6 chip). You can listen to it here:

DAMN!

That was really good, and very close to the original. There were only two parts that sounded off, though it was just the same part that was done twice. At the part where the song reaches its climax, you used a different sound than what the original had. I'm guessing you had to do that since 8-Bit and Oganya are different.

But other than that, it was really great.

 

Actually, the lead towards the climax was my own personal aesthetic choice, I thought it gave it a little added punch. I was kind of wondering if people would enjoy it or find that it detracts from the overall feel of the song.

 

Quite an amazing rendition of an epic song. Nice work.

 

Very nice job, this is one of my favorite songs in the game, and it sounds good. It reminds me kind of like a keygen version of a song.
