Does anyone know what the english names of all the .pmd files included with piyopiyoplayer are?

People familiar with Japanese or Ikachan might know of more official translations. But as a fun technical diversion, I used a a hex editor to extract the raw bytes of the filenames in the ppp_21.zip file and made the attached list.

Thanks. So the original cave story theme was way different then what we ended up getting, huh.
