Minimize Glitch

For some odd reason, every time I open Cave Story, it minimizes and won't re-maximize for more than a second.

I'm trying for the good ending, having saved just outside the door of the Last Cave. It was working up until a minute ago.

I don't know if it helps, but I'm using Windows 7.

If you're saved, try [x] out and reloading the game.

I tried closing everything down and turning the game on, again, and it worked fine. Maybe it was iTunes. -_-
