Well, to me, I'd think that Jack isn't really Jack, beacause the real Jack went off with Arthur, but they all expected him to come back, so when they didn't, two mimigas wen't for them, found them dead, but not wanting to loosen morale, the two mimigas dressed up as Arthur and Jack, the one dressing up as Jack being a female. the fake Arthuur being found out immediatly, but then King took leadership and, since his eyesight isn't the greatest, thought that the Jack impostor was really Jack, and wouldn't take crap from anybody ( his regular additude.) about Jack really being a girl, even from the Jack impostor herself. Ms. Jack Impostor commended his 'Take shit from noone' additude and through the following period of time, this commendation grew.

tl;dr: KINGxJACK JUSTIFIED.

Is Jack impostor imposing to be a guy as well?
Because the one mimiga (Forgot) says that sue is the only other girl in the village after you tell him that toroko was kidnapped.

No, no, no, the Jack impostor is a chick, but noone wants to argue with king ( you end up getting owned.) so nobody calls her a girl, even if they haven't already forgotten. (Now that you mention it, the only one left that HASN'T forgotten is Kanpachi. he never forgets. especially when the object in forgetting is a woman.)
