Meaning of "Litango Motscloud"?

I'm confused. When Quote recieves Sue's letter, it tells him that the password for Momorin' hideout is litango motscloud. I'm puzzled as to what it means, and I would like to hear what you guys (and gals) think.

It's a mistranslation, it's supposed to say "Doukutsu Monogatari" backwards. You can see in the official ports that they spell "Cave Story" backwards in the same letter.

I'm guessing it was intentional, as it sounds easier to pronounce than "Ritaganomo Tsukuudo."

I originally had some sort of deeper meaning, but what do I know?
