I play that game too. In fact, one of my versions has a character made by some person. Vegito (from Dragon Ball Z!) and Super Vegito. I pretty much like playing with that character, ESPECIALLY because of his moves and combo attacks. Which WILL hurt a lot. And I reached Stage 120 in Survival Mode with him. But I used cheats, so yeah, it's obvious.
And I am talking about version 2.0a, since HEROFIGHTER.COM doesn't work in version 1.9c.

Actually, I made a Quote and a Balrog. check my profile on lf-empire. they aren't that great though.

It's the thought that counts! 
If I wasn't too lazy to redownload LF2 I might make an overpowered Ballos, with his lighting attack randomly zapping everything in the screen. I might even make him able to bounce around as a giant ball that insta-kill everyone it lands on.

Making a character is tougher than just downloading the game, anyway. Depending on the complexity of the character, it's comparable to making aa CS mod.

I've made Balrog too, but I didn't upload him anywhere. He was bad.
He behaved like Bandit.
