A truly beautiful anime. Anyone familiar with it?
It's returning to TV as "Keroro."

YES
I loved that show, back when I was younger. Watched the anime, read the manga, hell, I even had a game or two.
So happy right now.

Same here! (except I only started watching in 2011, and I'm still 14.) I used to have Dragon Warriors.
Ever since I discovered it, it became not only my favorite anime, but my favorite thing ever aired on TV.
It's returning as "Keroro" on March 22nd. I think it's going to be on Animax.
Time to wait for it to come out, and some saint to subtitle it.

It came on Animax India a while ago. I watched a bit of it and while I didn't get to watch much, I liked it.

The new series or the old one?
The new one's out on March 22nd, but if you're talking about the old one, then, congratulations? :)

I don't really know. It was just called 'Sergeant Keroro'. Considering how everything here is a bit late, I'm guessing the old one.

One episode I remember is about 'Super Slug Man' or something like that. And around the same time, something about 'All Paths Lead To Star Fruit!' And two other aliens, one being a puppet master, appear. Remember any of these?

I don't know much about it, but didn't it make an appearance in the anime "Lucky Star"?

Oh yeah! I remember that! I used to watch it all the time when I got back from school!
Fond memories of 立ち読み too!
... In Japanese of course. It would sound weird in English -_-

Wait, there's a new one?

To be honest, the English version wasn't even that bad.
And for anyone unfamiliar with Japanese, 立ち読み is basically going to one of those books stores (Book Off), standing in the manga isles, and read manga while standing up for free. It's actually pretty nice, the shopkeepers are fine with it too.

That reminds me of when I was in Kansas City last year. Went to a comic store that my dad used to work at before I was born and started looking at a few pages of a comic. The store owner noticed and said that's reading and that I'd have to pay for it if I wanted to see the whole thing. I apologized when I left and told him about my dad working there which he remembered ^_^

So you're saying it means exactly what it says (that being "stand and read").

Also you should probably include romaji when you're posting japanese words, since I doubt anyone here can read 立ち読み (tachiyomi).

ehhh... wrong. It's traditionally frowned upon in Japan. (At least to my knowledge) Book Off is basically the only store that allows /encourages that.
