It's probably got robo-AIDS by now, though. All scout robots are given robo-AIDS to ensure they are not raped by the people they are trying to conquer, and they won't live long enough to rebel against their creators. It's sad, really, but necessary. Robots don't care how long they live anyhow.

No, Robo-AIDS is only given to male robots. Female robots are given RapeX condoms. They can be disabled, so that the creators can rape their creations.

You're taking the "well built" quote (no pun intended) out of context. He is saying that he is well built because he did not notice that Quote was a robot and that he is "well built [to look like a human]"
