Or just call them all this:
Nintendo Entertainment System
Super Nintendo Entertainment system
Super Duper Nintendo Entertainment System 64
Super Duper Pooper Nintendo Entertainment Cube
Super Duper Pooper Scooper Nintendo Entertainment System
Super Duper Pooper Scooper Nintendo Entertainment System U
I want to live in a world where that happened.
Or go to a world where that happened, pick up a super duper pooper scooper nintendo entertainment system (or sdpsnes which is what everyone there calls it) and go "Oh hey a wii" and look at everyone stare at me like a madman.

Actually the Wii U is not that focused on motion controls. Take Mario Kart 8 for example. The default controls are NOT motion like they were on the Wii version.

The Wii U is definitely worth it. The eshop is full of great games, and though there aren't that many retail games out, when they're good, they're REALLY good. My only complaints with the system is the storage size(32 gB is not enough space for a console) and that the gamepad isn't fully utilized. Aside from being able to have menus on the gamepad screen or play the sytem with the tv off, there isn't much that's nice about the gamepad. Other than that, the games are definitely worth buying the system. Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3D World, Zelda Wind Waker HD, With Supef Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2, Yoshi's Woolly World, Splatoon, Xenoblade Chronicles X, and a new Zelda game on the way. I'd say wait until most of these games come out, but the Wii U is still really worth buying regardless.
(Been so long since I checked this)

Think I'll save up for a Wii U then.

Tested one at GameStop recently. Good system, but not not a good game selection. Just hold out for a the inevitable price cut, and hopefully more games.

I'm not sure what to do.
Buy a Wii U when the inevitable price cut comes along which'll probably be around the time smash bros 4 is released, or wait a year or so to get the new 3ds so I can get more stuff.

Yeah. I already have one, but it's one of the original ones from about 4 years ago, so it's not actually that good, so I'll most likely get the new 3ds thing because I'm god damn sick of having to stay in one position all the time, it hurts my eyes :<

If anything, get the N3DS XL, as it has a lower staring price, $160/£97, (from what I have heard on some sites) than the current 3DS XL.

Mm.
Probably what I'll do.

Hopefully I can figure out how to transfer accounts and stuff between the two, since I've got all my ambassador stuff on my original DS.

You have to have both devices to transfer. To transfer it go to settings, it'll be there somewhere.

I LOVE my WiiU.
Since I have been a bit low on funds this year, I only have 1 REAL WiiU game.
I have some old Wii games though.
BUT. I still play it because.....
You can HOMEBREW it and put EMULATORS on it!
Yeah I'm pathetic.

A more original name would be great but even so the WII U has great games and isn't that what really matters

Did you not read the thread at all

Also, if somehow you still don't have a 3DS, don't get one now. The New 3DS is coming, 2015. Wait for that. Also, the price doesn't change, same price and new things.

Also there is a good chance they will keep the original on the market but at a lower price.

No, it's certain that they will keep it on the market, and at a lower price. But eventually, the new one will take over and remove the original from the market.
