Assuming he had an account here which he actively posted on, if he neglected to mention who he was then I can totally see someone accidentally banning him. Anything he'd write would be babelfish'd very near-beyond comprehension. xD
I wouldn't think he'd have an account. He has his own site, and can browse the forums as a guest if he ever felt the need. (That said, has anyone stalker-ish actually looked through the 18-hundred-something members list and checked for locations/Jap IPs/whatever?)
