Oh, I haven't seen either. I'm just irrationally prejudiced against anime shows/lovers in general.
Anyway, back to speaing like a pirate!
Oi haven't played any of the original Mokney Oisland games, but Oi've heard they're a hell of a good tiome. This one is fun enough... or rather, it would be if it weren't so damned slow paced.

To pretty much everyone. Around Arlong Park the show really, really picks up, and during Baroque Works/Alabasta the show goes totally above and beyond the other two shounen around, namely Naruto and Bleach, both of which pretty much suck terribly in varying degrees. It’s obviously the only actual good choice when looking at the big three shounen.

But to Lowell, Whyme, and Ryoutann, I suggest the former.

It's true, Kage does mushrooms all day. The doctors say he should have died 3 years ago because of his mushroom intake. Some attribute it to his god-like abilities.
But really, he just clones himself.
