There is a reason for this.
I've finished two mini-projects for Tpcool, and I felt like using them cause I thought they looked cool. The Windows one was because, well, I wanted something new.

Av: 7/10 cool, but his left hand is master sword hilt and master sword hilt looks like NES remote
Sig: 6/10 there's too much going on, it reminds me of a caret.bmp

Your confusion is justified, he doesn't exist yet. He's a character in Tpcool's mod, although I had to change him to fit Tp's specifications.
