Ikachan Error

I hope I'm posting in the right area...
Anyways, whenever I try opening Ikachan, it makes some weird error and exits out of it. I've tried redownloading it, but it stays the same. If it's any help, I'm using a Vista. Can someone help me?

You haven't got any foreign (non-ascii) characters in the names of the parent folders have you?

 

I just checked, and I don't have any foreign characters.
