I found out I have 4 mental disorders yesterday.

I have ADHD, Aspergers Sydrome, Major Depression Disorder,
and Irritable Male Syndrome. They said my depression goes on and off though, which means I could very well have Dysthymia as well or I could just have that, so don't feel too sad for me. Should I be upset? A simple diagnosis for a mental disorder won't change how I feel everyday so why should I?

I never told the therapist this but now that I think of it I usually have 2 voices going off in my head, one that pro-motes all that I say, and one that de-motes all that I say. Usually one voice says something right off the bat after a response and then the other voice would respond to that. For instance look at this:

Pro Voice: Yay people enjoyed this!
De Voice: Oh great now you are over-glorifyng yourself.
I am then left to decide what to say I will say. I will either pick one, or mix them.

Now that I read over this I think I am Bipolar too. I think I may very well have it now that I read over the wikipedia page, because it says many creative people are Bipolar, and many people have said I was creative. Do you guys think I am creative?

That was a negative reaction to your assumption that being creative makes you bipolar. You're misunderstanding correlation and causation, assuming that was a real correlation in the first place.
But you know what, I apologize for using a facial reaction to that. It was fucking insensitive of me, because your diagnosis was probably by a real doctor. Autism spectrum disorders aren't funny.
