Is there a way to Convert ORG to MIDI easily or vice versa? Thanks. And even if there isn't an "easy" way could someone give me some tips on doing this.

I could do this for you.
Well you need a programm which can look at the notes of the MIDI's.
I've already done a large number of ORG's, which I all converted.

As for going from Midi to ORG, your best bet is to find someone who can make a program to do this, if you don't want to just do it by hand.
