Doukutsunetto?

Has anyone seen this before? https://code.google.com/p/doukutsunetto/ It seemed rather obscure, as I haven't seen any info on it. I can't compile it, as I haven't the knowledge to do so. Sorry if this was posted in the wrong forum.

I looked at the code and I'm pretty sure whoever wrote this has no idea what they're doing and it hasn't been touched since 2008

But couldn't the same be said about Pixel/Cave Story? (if you were to see its source, that is...)

 

Maybe, but this is pretty much an empty project with a few pointers in it. At least Pixel came up with a functioning product.
