I remember my top 5 favorite shows were these:
1.) The Powerpuff Girls
2.) The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy
3.) Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends
4.) Courage The Cowardly Dog
5.) Edd, Ed, & Eddy

3.) Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends - that one's new as hell, but I still used to somewhat enjoy it.

Sure I miss the old cartoon network, who doesn't? But mostly because I remember it through nostalgia goggles.

I'm pretty sure every 90s kid misses old school CN or Nick.

While I agree with you, CN still does have quite a bit of Cartoons. Nick on the other hand....that's full of shitty live action stuff and Spongebob. Last time I checked the listings for Nick, it was Spongebob 8 times in a row, then ICarly. Sure, I used to like spongebob but come on. It's been around for over 10 years now, and honestly it's not that great anymore.

I know this isn't on the topic of CN or Nick but, it reminds me of this great youtube comment I once saw: "I'm going to make a channel called Reality TV and play nothing but music videos"

Ah... I loved the 90's Nick and Cartoon Network. That was when cartoons were fun to watch and was not 15 minutes of little childish jokes. Doug, Ren & Stimpy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Hey Arnold!.... Those were good times... At least Nick is running their 90's block in the evenings. As for Cartoon Network...

That's more on the topic of Viacom and MTV (they also own Nickelodeon, and others). MTV has obviously been split from its roots, rendering it full of teenage pregnancy and Italian guidos in some shore that's dangerously close to me.
But, yes, that does connect to Cartoon Network in a way.

Well yeah that is what I was saying.
I mean, granted, back then they had cartoons on MTV and it wasn't entirely music..but at least that was QUALITY television! Now it's just...ugh.

I don't watch TV much but whenever I check Nick in the evening I never see any 90s stuff. On the special Nick Toons channel I once saw them playing Catdog at like 3 AM but that was it. I don't have that channel in my room so, myeh.

Cartoon Network is nothing but cartoons D:
Adventure Time, Regular Show, Chowder, Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends reruns, etc.
I guess I never watch at the right times (with TiVo and what not)

I have never watched any of these shows..!
My cable service didn't have cartoon network so I don't know. I had YTV and Family.

Do you have TeenNick or is it just regular cable?
If that's the case....
Basically, it's on every Friday at 10 pm. People vote, they air the shows, etc.
To prove my point further...

I wasn't aware "TeenNick" was a channel. The only other Nick channel I knew of was Nicktoons.

It's digital cable or something, whatever it's called.
