Does anyone know how to get Cave Sory mods working on RetroArch on Wii U?

if the mod has assembly hacks it probably won't work

If you've made exe edits then your mod won't boot.

You need to keep the map file names exactly the same in order for that to work iirc.

I also am unaware if you can edit graphics or not, I'm pretty sure that I'm one of if not the only person who has dabbled with the RetroArch build at all.

You'll pretty much have to either make it so that there are no exe edits, or use CSE2's Wii build instead.

Ah well the map names can't all be the same because I have added maps, What is this Wii build? it can run mods no problem??

I reckon that if you'd try to work the apparently existing cse2 wii build to play mods with exe edits you'dprobably have to manually remake all those edits yourself.
Technically it's way easier connecting a pc or laptop to your tv and grabbing a controller for it, if you have the tools to do so at least.
