CS eShop Translation?

Hey guys! I want to translate the CS eShop version, I've dumped the files from my 3DS, and I noticed that the structure is very similar to CS+ (there are some identical files ripped off by CS+!), and I tried to open a .tsc file (stageselect.tsc) by using the Noxid's Script Editor, but I got this:

êø÷÷÷ÔÑ ÔÑ6ç7,940::065ç;6ç;,3,769;õ;6ç;,3,769;õ

And other stuff like this. Is there a way to do something? To understand something? (something like a "3DS thingy table", maybe)
Thank you

You're right. I opened Credit.tsc first with your program, and it was a little bit ruined. Then I opened it with Block Notes, and it was all regular. I now tried with other .tsc's, and it's all perfect. Thanks!
