Converting ORG files

I've been searching around for a bit now, and I'm yet to find any programs capable of properly converting an ORG to a file that I could use to (put it into Windows Movie Maker and then) upload it to Youtube. Usually, it somehow lumps the entire song into 12 seconds instead...

It's the Gerudo Valley theme, for those who might be wondering.

So yes. Conversion software. Preferably to WMV or MP3, something I can work with...
