Combinations With You is a Japanese indie game, of the danmaku shooter variety.
In essence, it is a fan-made game based off of the Touhou series.
You could call it a Touhou parody, but it's not solely for humor purposes. The bullet-curtain aspect is certainly there.

Important note: Because this is a Japanese game, you need to set your system locale to Japanese before playing (otherwise the game will not run).
Instructions on how to change the locale can be found here and here. Changing to a Japanese locale does not modify the language for your operating system and all your regular files/programs/stuff will still be in English. You can also change your locale back to English at any time.

Z to shoot
X to use bomb
Shift to focus shots
Arrow keys to move
You can modify the controls in the main menu.
Press F5 to switch between windowed/fullscreen.
