Cave Story+ Modding tools?

yep. There isn't really any sort of guide on how to do it though, so it may take some figuring out. My best recommendation is to copy one of the existing cs+ "mods" in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\cave story+\data and edit that : load "stage.tbl" with booster's lab.
