I did that on purpose.
I wanted to make Quote look more sexually neutral and shota-ish in this pic.

I find there to be a bit of stylistic conflict in the picture itself, since he's got a really toned body (as fab said with the abs, and also noticable on his arms) but the face of a child. I think a balance between the two would be better (slightly older face, slightly less tone body).

Of course one could say his physical appearance is due to him being a robot because they would want to make him as strong as possible but....

If I knew anything about painting and art, I would most definitely have more compliments for you. I usually don't post on art threads because I don't have much to contribute aside from "it looks good." For your art though, I feel safe adding the modifier "very." Sorry bro, I like your stuff but that's all I got.

Yeah, I know that there was already one, but I've made my own because:

1) I wanted to make my own
2) There are numerous improvements in my version in contrast to Daniel O'Connell's

Also note that I did not base mine off of his, but off of the Mychar sprite sheet.

onlineworms, that was just awesome. I never expected fan art involving King as a Pokémon! I think such a Pokémon could exist if Ditto saw King and changed its form, and if it is nicknamed "King".
