This forum is a total sausagefest anyway, might as well make the most of it. In this thread we talk about our beards, post pictures of them, give each other tips on how to enbeardify them or grow a beard in the first place. It's about time we had a discussion that all the 12-year-olds can't be in.

I guess I'll start with a picture of mine. Haven't trimmed it in a while.
This is a close-up of my face, you have been warned:

Mind you, I don't shave it into that shape. That is honestly where my facial hair grows. Couldn't change it if I tried.

Also, DT and Noxid, get in here.

That pic reminds me of Yahtzee :momo:

Anyway mine is in attached file. I shaved it off a while ago because it was getting so goddamned annoying to keep trimmed evenly (seriously you have no idea) but now I'm back to 100% FULL BEARD POWER. Unfortunately it's already almost up to the length where I'll have to trim it again ;_;

Whoa there. I'm not sure if I mentioned this on IRC or not, but I have been grwoing my beard since the time I was 12 years old.
I can grow a good beard and moustache if I wanted too. I just shave it every two to three days (excluding breaks where I grow it out a bit more).
Also, as a random FYI, I don't shave with shaving cream. I just don't like using the stuff.

Good thing I turned 13 five months ago.

I shave about every week to keep clean-shaven, I may just post a picture of myself in that other thread (provided I get around to it).

I forget to shave, so about 3/4 of the time I'm walking around with something scruffy like this:
p142459-0-roughbeard.jpg
But, when I do want to look extra nice, I trim it all up so it's a little more clean
p142459-1-beardtrim.jpg

My beard, like the rest of my hair, doesn't like to grow in a straight line so it gets kind of scraggly if I don't keep it trimmed. Additionally, you may note from the first picture that I can't really grow any hair under my lower lip.

One of the problems I have encountered with beard growing is that it tends to develop split-ends. I am thinking I should start using conditioner for it.

Yep. I don't get split-ends on my regular hair, but the beard is more hard and brittle and prone to breakage.

@WoC it's the stubbly hair around my beard

Pics or it didn't happen.

And you're a lion, I think you'd like nice with some tiny chin stubble.

I don't have a beard, but you can see that I have a mustache (mostly peach fuzz, but you can see the darkening of how it's growing) IF I posted a picture that is.

My beard usually gets pretty damn scraggly, yesterday I had it trimmed up.

It's impossible to get good lighting in here.

I meditate an hour a day to grow my beard to its fullest, just like Noxid told me to.

So far the only men in this thread that have proven they can actually pull off a beard and look good are Noxid and that cripple person.
