Uh... creative? All I did was resize sprites and dump them in other sprite sheets and make some dumb textual edits.

I've never actually beaten Ballos without cheating. =O

Holy ****! I have a fanbase?! :eek:

Though keep in mind that most of the time I cannot create sprites from scratch. The above sprites required: 3 or more Quote myChar.pbm sprites, the ending artwork of Quote fighting misery, the corpses from ballos 4th form, and a glove I stole from mario.

Can someone please by any chance post screens with these in action, I suck at hell.

Took me 7 minutes to get through the whole of Hell.

And I never ever succeeded again.

Lucky I succedded within my first two or three tries.

 

Nice to know andwhy isn't a genius at everything =D

That is fantastic. I approve wholeheartedly. I'm not going to do anything more on this mod, so do whatever you want with it. But keep on posting stuff when you do it. I'll post the new version in the first post, cause mine sucks.

EDIT: Andwhy's graphics are now in the mod, and I've added a new download to the first post, and Roonil's screenshots.

 

Now if only we could get a better Ballos spritesheet... :eek:

I have three sprites out of myChar.pbm done, I'll need to get home in order to finish the rest.

Oh, and you can't make the difference between the fists you have to kill and the ones that're already done with.

I'll fix that later today when I get home.

My original spritesheets really, really sucked. I just resized the sprites and dumped them in different spritesheets. Andwhy is doing a great job of making this mod actually look good. I'll keep on posting new versions when Andwhy makes new spritesheets.

@Andwhy- do you plan to do an edit to the Quote facepic? It's not very good right now, just because all I did was resize this picture and add colour-

The resizing really messed it up. Oh, and I also made closed eyes for it, but since I couldn't draw them well in paint, I just copypasted Curly's closed eyes. The end result sucked.

@Odin- this is finished. However, my sprites sucked so Andwhyisit is doing an overhaul of the graphics, and doing a great job of it.
