A few days ago I drew an eye with graphite in art class. The pupil and iris look good, and the eye's shape is rather wonky with some smudges on the sclera, but overall I think it went really well! ^_^

Oh woops, completely forgot to post my Basic Arts value project. I decided to go with another reduction drawing and managed to finish it in the last couple days of spring break. Aside from a few missing values, it turned out pretty well.

This year, I'm allowed to choose between painting a chair and a mural. I chose a mural and I have terrible quality phone pictures as proof of a WIP

That's a very pretty mural luneria! I didn't even notice the phone's mediocre camera quality getting in the way, but I assume it would be spectacular in person.

Your reduction drawing of an Absol looks very nice Seasons. Do persist with the excellet work! (Is that an egg or stone in the bottom-right?)

Wow, the pinks and blues blending together looks pretty, the clouds add a surreal feeling.

Oh, thanks! While I may not be as obligated to draw as I was this semester now that I'm done with Basic Art, I'll definitely do some drawings here and there. The object in the bottom-right is a nest housing three eggs.

That mural looks pretty good, Luneria. As IdioticBaka said, the colors of the sky and the clouds make it feel as if it's in a dream.

I just can't put my finger on it, but I'd have to agree...hm. Somehow I feel like it's lacking a little pink, too. How strange.

Otherwise, they're very nice, Hina! Mr. Suit's hat is a touch crooked, but that could easily be intentional for any manner of reasons as I'm not completely familiar with the source material.

That's a pretty darn badass Mr. Handy Bio! Is it like a tracing drawing, but with polygons instead? If so, I'd like to try my hand at it too!

----------

I've been busy after setting up a joke commissions stand, which I'd say has drastically improved my digital bitmap art further than I'd believe it to ever be.
Basically the premise of these joke commissions were to only use the brush tool (Ctrl+Z and eraser tool permitted) and free-hand/eye-ball a reference picture I was provided with.

1st commission by a friend of Aar's

2nd commission by Aar

3rd commission by the same friend of Aar's

Finally, here's a non-commission drawing drawn with the same restrictions above, except for the allowance of a pencil tool pre-sketch:
If you did not know, it's a cannoli cat. >w<
