The brush texture looks not great. It's also kind of hard to see what's happening.
It seems like you've got a sort of comfort zone of perfectly circular heads, giant eyes et cetera. I would really suggest taking a look at anatomy practices and other styles to help improve not only your figures but your general techniques as well. It'll help you define your characters too so it'll be easy to recognize them.
