the programs (all doukutsu files) need some fucking program to work!
so i try download it but the computer is slow! so it take more then a week to download!!
extreme!!

big big program... so i cant work on it...

Maybe marcoaslak means he can't open Cave Story image files because he said (all doukutsu files) while most of the files are images.

As SP says, copyright is automatic. You don't need to register in a copyright office.

Wrong.
Here in Germany you got the Copyright for all things you made/said without registering anything.
If someone uses your words as a quote without your permission it's illegal.
You don't really think that someone can make a song and another person is telling the people "I made it!" while selling it and gets away with it?

I believe the official rule is that if someone copies over 6 words of text from someone else it is officially plagarism.

I can confirm what SP and innocent-bystander said. You do not need to register copyright. It's automatic. In fact, you actually have to do more work to say something is not copyright than to say something is. (Though not necessarily a lot more work.)

Be careful not to confuse the "Copyright" with the "author's rights". There are two different "rights" we are talking about. One applies for everything you made and the other one only applies if you go to an office
