Alright, I managed to do so, however, the message stays, and the player cannot move whilst the message won't go away until the second phase actually begins, forcing you to take damage. I used <CLR and <KEY.

Actually, that would be a pretty good question.
The indie landscape as we know it would be drastically different. Heck, what if Aeon Genesis hadn't translated the original Japanese port? Would Cave Story belong to a niche that many indie platformer titles today would as well?
Well, here's what I think:
Quote and Curly are closer to Reploids in the Mega Man X Series, as both are considered to have free will and a "soul". And it seems some people agree with me.
I actually do want Quote in for Smash 4. Granted, he has a slightly small chance (he literally has no melee options) so it would be interesting to see what he would do, if he manages to make it in as DLC.
